Following are the pathways for settling in Australia.
Skilled Migration with PR Visa (subclass 189)
·To be eligible for this category one must meet the points test pass mark of 60 points.
·Be less than 45 years of age.
·Need PHD, master or bachelor degree from selected occupation.
·Require at least 3 years of work experience and IELTS score 6.5.
Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190)
·Same as 189 visa.
·Require sponsor from the state territory, which is not difficult to get.
Temporary Skilled Shortage Visa (subclass 482)
·No age Limit.
·Can stay in Australia for 2 to 4 years, and visa can be extended.
·After 3 years can apply PR.
·Need a sponsored job offer from Australian employer.
·IELTS Score 4.5 individually.
Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485)
·Recent graduates, who have completed at least 2 years of study from recognized Australian educational institutions.
·Can gain up to 2 to 4 years of visa.
Skilled Recognized Graduate Visa (subclass 476)
·Should be less than 31 years of age.
·Have completed an engineering degree from a recognized institution within the last two years.
Employer Sponsorship Visa
·Need a valid job offer from an Australian employer (it is not hard but need proper guidance and assistance from an experienced lawyer).
Training and Research Visa (subclass 407)
· HSC certificate holders or above can apply for this visa.
·Age above 18 years.
·Can work under an employee or a trainer.
·Need 4.5 in IELTS.
Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186)
·This visa is a permanent residence visa for skilled workers.
·Should have 2 years work experiences in Australia.
Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (subclass 187)
·Need to have a job offer from Australian employer in regional Australia.
Skilled Regional Visa (subclass 489)
·Can live and work in regional areas of Australia for up to four years.
·Should have completed 2 years study from a regional area of Australia.
·IELTS score 6.
·Require relevant occupation, skills assessment.
·Need to meet the points test pass mark of 60 points.
Parent Visa (subclass 143 or 173) an Offshore Application:
·Parents’ age should be less than 65 years.
·Should be able to invest required amount of money.
·Aged Parents Visa: take around 25 years to be processed.
·If your Partner is an Australian PR holder.
·It is necessary to show proof of honest relationship.
·Can get full time work permission.
